A collaboration of sound, light, video, and movement by 7 arts. The design for Resurface utilizes the concepts of found television and short wave radio content in parallel with vocal sampling, synthesized drones and string sounds. The string quartet section was a melody composed for the round structure in that it is harmonized with 4 voicings. This 8 minute edit of the evening length work was shot at one of the few live performances of Resurface at Wax in Williamsburg.
